How it started: We had some extra time over the holidays when we started this service and seen much support in it so we decided to continue running the service and we intend to keep it running!
Where we plan to take it in the future: We are always planning and developing new ways to help you as costumers. In the future we are planning on introducing more features and topics on this website.
Are we going to charge a fee for service ever: We currently do not have any plans at all to charge a fee for our free tech support service.
