Issue: PC shuts down while online
Knowledge of Issue:
Note: To help troubleshoot the issue you may need to allow the (BSOD) Blue Screen of Death. To do this follow the steps below!
1. Start
2. Right click on My Computer
3. Properties
4. Advanced
5. Set up and Recovery
6. Click settings
7. Check the box about the Blue Screen Of Death
1.There can be many different reasons for this occurring with our experience it seems to be that the capacitors on the motherboard become pointy.
Solution: You may need to replace your board or have it worked on.
2. (Only if you have a wireless card) The wireless card may be causing the computer to shut down.
Solution: Try both of these solutions listed below if one fails move to the next!
1. Install a new wireless card driver
2. Completely remove card from pc then reinstall from scratch

Hard Drive makes a clicking noise
Issue: Hard Drive makes a clicking noise
Possible Solutions:
1.Make sure the computer is on a flat surface
2.Run CHKDSK to make sure you have no bad drive sectors. If there are bad sectors on your drive you will need to replace your hard drive.
Note: Back up the drive that is clicking before it is to late or you loose your information. If you have already lost information you may want to look at the following link

Issue: Hard drive will not boot to get data off it.
Solution: Put your Hard Drive in the freezer for a while.
Fact: Even after your Hard Drive has died the data is still in it. The motor is what failed.
Note: We know this sounds crazy. But have heard it works!
